He worked for a local company in 2005, and since starting his own business, has become knowledgeable about flooring installation and restoration. Footprints Floors was named a “Best of HomeAdvisor” Winner in 2018, an award that honors excelling home-service brands.With a wealth of experience behind him, Park is excited to discuss the general direction that 2020 is going into. “We have been seeing some consistent trends heading into the new year,” he says. “Some of which are variations of wood, tile, water-proof vinyl and water-proof laminate. We have also seen a trend in light colors, like whites and grays.”Matt Hoeferlin, one of Footprints Floors' Project Coordinator's, insists that the numerous yet classic varieties of floors will soon become timeless.“With many more colors and wood species available, consumers have a lot more options. Here is a picture of a wide plank #2 grade white oak hardwood with visible knots. The homeowners chose a site finished floor with a Weathered Oak stain and two coats of waterborne finish in satin sheen.
