With my military background and my husband being a veteran in this military town, we’ll be very involved with the military community.”<h3>Kim Green: Inspiring Veterans to Pursue Business Ownership</h3>Kim Green grew up in Louisiana, where economic challenges led her to enlist in the Navy’s Delayed Entry Program. After high school, Green served three years, including assignments in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. When her service ended, she transitioned smoothly into a civilian role at Allstate, where she worked for 16 years before deciding to pursue her longtime goal of owning a business.
