With a successful franchisee further investing in the brand by taking over a second location in the market that&rsquo;s near his existing center in Bedford, Sylvan Learning hopes to bring nine new centers to the greater Dallas-Fort Worth market over the next few years.

Franchisee Nizar Bhulani comes from a family of educators and entrepreneurs. His passion for and commitment to bettering the lives of students through academia has propelled him to join hands with Sylvan Learning as a franchise owner. Bhulani is a champion of entrepreneurship, having started and managed many IT companies himself after earning his Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology along with his MBA. However, once his various technology companies were up and running, Bhulani decided to switch gears and started looking for job opportunities that would allow him to live out a career that matched his true calling: education. He began his venture in the industry by teaching university level students in several business school courses including entrepreneurship, business administration, project management and marketing. Combining his interest in academics with his experience in entrepreneurship, Bhulani decided to open his first Sylvan Learning in Bedford, Texas in 2016.

The seasoned <a href="http://www.sylvanfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=sylvan-learning-expanding-throughout-dallas-as-existing-franchisees-continue-to-reinvest-in-the-brand-2706000" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Sylvan</a> franchisee has now decided to take over ownership at a Dallas location by joining forces with business partner Fayzan Keshwani. Keshwani said that he and Bhulani have been family friends for several years, and when Keshwani became interested in investing in an education brand in the Dallas market, he turned to his dear friend Bhulani to get more information on Sylvan Learning.

&ldquo;There are plenty of competing education brands in the Dallas market, but after speaking with Nizar about the success he&rsquo;s seen with Sylvan Learning and getting more details on the support he&rsquo;s received from corporate, I decided that Sylvan was the best option to invest in,&rdquo; said Keshwani. &ldquo;The programs offered at Sylvan are exceptional. They combine skill sets that children of all ages and learning levels need in order to succeed academically.&rdquo;

When Bhulani and Keshwani were presented with an opportunity to take over the Dallas Sylvan Learning center, they decided to dive into business ownership together. Bhulani has now reinvested in the brand to own his second Sylvan location within three years. He will oversee all executive duties, while Keshwani will focus on the marketing operations at the center.

&ldquo;The Sylvan Learning center in Dallas is already extremely well-established in the market and we&rsquo;re going to continue to move the center in the right direction by providing our students with outstanding services,&rdquo; Keshwani said. &ldquo;Nizar has a solid foundation at his center in Bedford, and with the expertise he&rsquo;s gained in the industry as well as with the brand through his existing location, we will surely find even more success here in Dallas.&rdquo;

Keshwani said that he is interested in continuing to expand with the brand throughout the greater Dallas area in the future.

With 65 locations in development or open in the state of Texas&mdash;and 13 in the greater Dallas market&mdash;Sylvan sees an opportunity to further saturate the education industry by adding nine locations to the region over the next few years. Sylvan is actively seeking business-minded franchise owners to grow with the brand.
