The News Herald: Sylvan Learning Center Franchisee Celebrates 30 Years With the Brand

Barry Miller celebrated his 30th anniversary with Sylvan Learning and recently took ownership of an additional location.

Barry Miller first opening his Sylvan Learning Center in 1986, making his 30th anniversary with the brand.

He is now adding his experience and expertise to the Lyndhurst location by taking over ownership.

"I asked myself if I wanted to work for someone the rest of my life or run my own business," Miller said. "We come from a family of educators. Most of my relatives have been involved in education one way or another."

Miller knew he could offer up experience and local flair that would be beneficial to the center. He took over ownership on May 1st.
