Hartford Courant: TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Partner With Journey Home To Collect Items For Homeless Moms
Moving franchise gives back locally to mothers in need
In honor of Mother's Day, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK of Rocky Hill participated within the systemwide Movers for Mom's Campaign.
In an interview with the Hartford Courant, Franchisee Doug Sudell told the reporter, “Movers for Moms started some years ago as an initiative at a local franchise to help mothers in need. It was mainly mothers in shelters or mothers in transition to housing during the springtime. There’s always so much done around the holidays, but by springtime it’s all gone.”
