Hendricks County Flyer: TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Supports Women's Shelters in Indianapolis through Movers for Moms® Campaign

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®  of Indianapolis participated in the Movers for Moms® campaign. This is an annual campaign where local business collect personal care items for women and children and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® donations the items to women's shelters in Indianapolis, one being Sheltering Wings. 

“We see it as a bigger picture, small companies stepping up to help the community,” Scott Hodgin told the reporter. “We try to find nonprofits and help them out.”

People donated a variety of items, ranging from toiletries to clothing to chocolate. The idea is to make the residents feel special on Mother's Day. 

“When donations like this come in, it not only gives us the peace of mind that we are able to provide the items for the families as they come in to meet the needs that they have, it also provides a peace of mind for the residents as well,” Sheltering Wings Executive Director Cassie Martin told Hendricks County Flyer.
