Before becoming a part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family, Mike Lally worked for multiple companies after college, mainly in the chemical and coating industries.

Lally had always held the belief that success comes from doing something you love or something that satisfies a sense of purpose, and although he was finding that in these, there was always the desire for more. Ever since Lally was young, he had dreamed of owning his own business, and when he learned of a moving company based out of Lansing, Mich., with franchising opportunities, he was presented with a chance to finally fulfill that dream.

“Joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK enabled me to fulfill my dream of owning and growing my own company,” said Lally, a multi-unit franchisee with locations in Kentucky and Ohio. “During my initial meeting in Lansing with one of the original two men, Brig Sorber, I was convinced that I was joining an industry leader that had built its reputation on meaningful core values and one that set itself apart from competitors. I feel the same way today, maybe even more so now.”

This meeting began a long journey of franchising with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for Lally, who in 2004, opened his first franchise location in Hamilton, Ohio.

He still remembers the process of signing on and how exciting it was to join the company, and also some of the people he was able to meet who are still around with the company today.
