This March, franchisees, vendors and corporate team members gathered in Fort Worth, Texas, for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® Annual Conference. More than 300 attendees took part in an energizing event designed to foster connections, share insights and celebrate another year of success.

"Each year, our Annual Conference serves as a powerful reminder of the strength and dedication within our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family,” said Brand President Randy Shacka. “Bringing together franchisees, vendors and our corporate team in one place allows us to collaborate, learn and celebrate the incredible work happening across our system.”

Bringing Franchisees Together for Growth and Innovation

Annual Conference continues to serve as a platform for franchisees to learn about new innovations and strengthen relationships with peers, the Michigan Support Center team and vendor partners. Attendees explored ways to enhance their local operations, networked with industry experts and discovered the latest advancements in moving and junk removal services.

One of the highlights of the conference was the vendor marketplace, where franchisees had the opportunity to explore new equipment, truck advancements and operational tools to drive future success.

Giving Back: A Commitment to Convoy of Hope

A significant moment during the conference was the presentation of a $44,036 check to Convoy of Hope, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s national charity partner. Since 2018, the company has donated more than $300,000 to the organization, supporting its mission to provide food and supplies to those in need. In addition to the donation, conference attendees took part in a hands-on volunteer effort, assembling 1,800 relief kits for Convoy of Hope’s distribution efforts.
