Fitness Premier 24/7 Clubs to Celebrate Grand Opening in Blue Ridge, Georgia

Fitness Premier 24/7 Clubs, the full-service gym franchise with 19 units, is set to expand into Georgia with the opening of its newest location in Blue Ridge. The grand opening celebration, scheduled for August 4 at 2 pm, marks a significant milestone for the fitness franchise as it establishes its first presence in the state. Located at 105 Mountain Street Suite 2, Blue Ridge, GA 30513, this state-of-the-art gym is poised to bring a new level of fitness and community engagement to the region.

Kyle Retter, who is the owner and operator of the new Blue Ridge location, says he has always wanted to open his own gym. He first became familiar with Fitness Premier through his IT security company, where he worked closely with the brand. 

“We were always on the same page when it came to ethics and values. I knew they had an amazing product and facility, and their processes and policies were top-notch. It just made sense for me to join forces with Fitness Premier and bring their fantastic fitness experience to Blue Ridge,” said Retter. 

Retter chose Blue Ridge as the location for his gym after a vacation in the region. He says he fell in love with the area and saw an incredible opportunity to establish a new fitness hub, as there is significant potential to grow a business while providing the community with a high-quality exercise and fitness center. 

According to Tommy Phillips, the Operations Manager of the Blue Ridge location, the impact that Fitness Premier has on the community is of great importance to the team behind it. Phillips believes that a gym can serve as the foundation of any community. He says their location is situated in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, and the club is conveniently located where locals often gather. As such, Phillips says the franchise’s location will allow the team to actively engage with the community. 

“Being actively involved with the Blue Ridge community and fostering a welcoming atmosphere within our gym is really important to us. We believe that by embracing a strong sense of community, both inside and outside of our gym, we can create an environment that inspires and supports individuals on their fitness journeys,” said Phillips. 

To further appeal to newcomers, the Blue Ridge location will introduce Fitness Premier’s 16-week cyclical group fitness program, fitWAVE. This program aims to make working out more accessible to the general public and encourages individuals of all fitness levels to participate and achieve their health goals. 

While Retter envisions expanding the Fitness Premier brand in the future, his primary focus is on successfully launching the Blue Ridge location. The grand opening on August 4 will tentatively feature local vendors, a food truck, raffles and games. With the aim of attracting new members and fostering a strong sense of community, Retter’s ultimate goal is to ensure the happiness of his gym members and actively engage with the residents of Blue Ridge.
