LOUISVILLE, KY – FranNet, the leading franchise consultancy known for connecting entrepreneurs to opportunities, just wrapped up its highly anticipated 2024 Spring Meeting. Held in the vibrant atmosphere of Louisville, Kentucky, the late March event saw an impressive gathering of franchisors and industry experts joining FranNet consultants to celebrate achievements and share insights as they set the stage for future growth.

"The conference overall was extremely positive and upbeat," said Jania Bailey, CEO of FranNet. “This will go down in the books as one of the best conferences we’ve had in many years. Everyone was so supportive and there was zero negativity — competitors were even cheering each other on at the awards banquet!”

The conference, themed “Navigating the Future of Franchising,” kicked off with an inspiring update from Matt Haller, president and CEO of the International Franchise Association (IFA). Haller addressed the latest industry trends and challenges. His insights set the forward-looking tone for the event, highlighting the resilience and adaptability of the franchising sector. Lunch speaker Nick Powills, CEO of Mainland, delivered an uplifting message, further elevating the positive atmosphere.

The conference's momentum continued into the second day, starting with a breakfast keynote from author Jim Canfield, whose discussion on increasing the 'luck platform' appeared to resonate deeply with the audience.

Exclusive sessions for FranNetters included insights from franchisor partner Horsepower Brands, as well as Jack Monson, president at Brand J and host of Social Geek Radio. Monson's expertise in digital presence and marketing offered invaluable strategies for amplifying online visibility, a key component for franchisors and consultants in today's digital age.

Another highlight was the presentation by Tracy Rickman, the president and COO of QUALIFI, FranNet's sister company. The partnership between the two is set to disrupt the industry with a unique AI-driven approach to facilitate better, more strategic matches between franchisees and franchisors.

A funding panel featuring Benetrends and FranFund provided attendees with the latest updates on financing options, ensuring the FranNet community remains well-informed on crucial aspects of funding and investment.

The conference also celebrated the achievements of Top Performer franchisees and franchisors. Awards were given to Katie Fagan-Small of San Jose, California, and Leslie Kuban of Atlanta, Georgia, for their exceptional performance, alongside recognition for Waxing the City and FYZICAL as leading franchisor partners.

"We were very proud of the winners — the ladies are leading the pack this year!" Bailey said.

Looking forward, FranNet is gearing up for its Fall Conference in October, set against the picturesque backdrop of San Antonio's Riverwalk. This event promises to continue the momentum of success and innovation, further solidifying FranNet's position as a leader in the franchising world.
