The first climbing gym crafted for kids

ABC Climbing Academy is a space built for kids and only kids. This first-of-its-kind facility and school nurtures young climbers as they explore their abilities, challenge their limits, and develop a lifelong love for the sport of rock climbing. 

ABC Climbing Academy offers two advancement tracks that meet climbers where they are, regardless of age or skill level. ABC Kids Climbing is a custom-designed developmental climbing program for children aged 2–12, and Team ABC offers a prestigious training program for elite climbing athletes aged 5–19. 

Both tracks are thoughtfully designed to impart critical skills that apply to both climbing and everyday life. From risk management, modular learning and positive reinforcement to mind and body awareness, early proprioception and strength and conditioning, ABC Climbing Academy helps give kids the tools they need to navigate the world around them.

Led by legends

ABC Climbing Academy was founded and developed by renowned climbing champions Robyn Erbesfield-Raboutou and Didier Raboutou. With Robyn’s achievements as a multiple world champion and Didier’s expertise as a coach, the academy brings decades of experience to create an unparalleled environment for young climbers. 

The facility features state-of-the-art climbing walls and specialized programs designed to foster both physical and personal growth. The academy’s mission is to teach advanced climbing techniques while instilling essential life skills such as teamwork, perseverance, and self-confidence. 

Under Robyn and Didier’s mentorship, children are inspired to explore their potential and cultivate a lifelong passion for climbing within a nurturing and supportive community. ABC Climbing Academy exemplifies its commitment to excellence, providing an ideal space for young athletes to thrive. 

The family tradition of champions continues with their daughter, Brooke, who became an Olympic silver medalist at the Paris 2024 Games.
