IWG Announces 4 New Wisconsin Locations as Demand for Hybrid Working Continues to Grow

The new locations include four suburban Regus centers located in the Milwaukee and Green Bay suburbs.

IWG will add four Regus centers in the following locations:

• 480 Pilgrim Way, Green Bay, WI 
• 3830 S Moorland Rd, New Berlin, WI
• 510 W Silver Spring Dr, Glendale, WI
• 10150 W National Avenue, West Allis, WI

IWG’s new Wisconsin locations reflect the growing demand for flexible workspaces in suburban and exurban areas, over the past several years. The new Regus centers in New Berlin, Glendale and West Allis will help connect downtown Milwaukee to its suburban areas. The Green Bay location will be the second IWG location in Northeast Wisconsin, in addition to the Regus center located in Appleton.
