According to MyCentralJersey, Benjamin Blake, a former consultant for Lightbridge Academy, was recently hired on as the Iselin-based brand’s new chief information officer to help lead the early education and child care brand into its next phase of franchise growth, with the opening of its 50th location slated for later this year.

“During my time consulting, Lightbridge Academy became my favorite client, mainly due to the positive culture and the brand’s Circle of Care philosophy,” Blake said. “The Circle of Care means the company truly cares about and makes decisions based upon not just predicted impact to its clients—children and parents—but also to its employees, franchise owners and the community at large. This commitment to success and excellence is evident throughout the organization. I am confident that our IT plans for the future will streamline operations while also enhancing the customer experience.”

Blake is looking forward to increasing efficiency among Lightbridge Academy’s systems to provide the brand with real-time data across the business and from all points along the consumer journey.
