Paris Baguette, the bakery café that serves a variety of baked goods, sandwiches and salads, continues to scale its franchise network with new locations slated to open across Canada in the coming months.
According to Vancouver is Awesome, Paris Baguette has unveiled its plans to open its first downtown Vancouver location at 1150 Alberni St. Although signs and window coverings have gone up at the new location, the exact date of the opening has not yet been determined. The new storefront marks the latest addition for the brand, which currently boasts more than 4,000 units across the globe.
This news comes after Paris Baguette announced its intention in 2021 to open 100 new locations nationwide, including several in Vancouver and surrounding areas. Paris Baguette has seen exponential growth in recent years and saw over 130 new franchise deals inked in 2023 alone.
As for its new location in Vancouver, Paris Baguette’s ownership believes the region is “a natural expansion market for the brand.”
