Paris Baguette has announced a major step in its North American expansion with the construction of a 260,000-square-foot bakery plant in Burleson, Texas, QSR Magazine recently reported. This facility will enhance the brand’s supply chain as it continues rapid growth across the U.S. and Canada. The project, supported by $14 million in local and state incentives, will create 450 jobs, making Paris Baguette one of the region’s top employers.

“This expansion marks a significant step forward in our mission to bring the Paris Baguette experience to even more communities,” said Darren Tipton, CEO of Paris Baguette. “With this new facility, we are not only reinforcing our supply chain but also ensuring that we can continue offering the best in class, high-quality baked goods to our growing base of loyal guests”

With an ambitious goal of reaching 1,000 locations by 2030, the brand awarded 163 new franchises and opened 51 cafés in 2024, with 78 leases signed for 2025. Paris Baguette is on track to open over 100 cafés this year, entering new markets such as Connecticut, Missouri, Oklahoma and Puerto Rico.

Recently ranked No. 1 in the Bakery Franchise Category on Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 list, Paris Baguette continues to position itself as North America’s go-to neighborhood bakery café. The brand remains focused on delivering high-quality pastries, artisan cakes and made-to-order beverages while strengthening its operational infrastructure to support ongoing expansion.
