Patrice & Associates Continues Strong Growth Through Q3, Targets New Expansion in Q4

Patrice & Associates is consistently expanding its franchise network while integrating AI recruitment tools and enhancing franchisee support.

Patrice & Associates, a leader in hospitality staffing and executive search, has maintained significant growth momentum through the third quarter of 2024. With 22 franchise awards year-to-date, including 5 new signings in Q3 alone, the company is on track to reach 2024 targets by the end of the year. The franchise's growth and success highlight both the resilience of its business model and its ability to adapt to the rapidly evolving staffing industry.

“Our goal for 2024 has always been to award 40 franchises by the end of the year, and that goal is certainly within reach,” said Jason Miller, Vice President of Development for Patrice & Associates. “We’ve been able to expand significantly, and the rest of the year looks promising.”

One of the most significant initiatives in Q3 was the refresh of Patrice & Associates’ Franchise Advisory Council (FAC). This move comes at a pivotal time, as the company continues to foster strong communication channels between the franchisor and franchisees. 

“We are a feedback-rich franchise community and one of the best ways to do that is through a Franchise Advisory Council,” said Brian Miller, CEO for Patrice & Associates. “It gives franchisees a peer group to act as a voice on behalf of the whole network, providing a platform where they can be heard more consistently.”

In addition to the refresh of the FAC, Patrice & Associates has increased the frequency of franchisee meetings to provide more real-time support. 

Another driving force behind Patrice & Associates’ continued growth is its focus on leveraging new technology. A standout achievement in Q3 was the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) sourcing tools across the franchise network. 

“One of the biggest trends we’re seeing is the rise of artificial intelligence in staffing,” said Miller. “Our franchisees asked for better tools, and we delivered by rolling out an AI sourcing system in Q3. This tool connects to job boards, analyzes candidate data and helps our franchisees find top talent faster and more efficiently.”

This AI tool is a game-changer for Patrice & Associates franchisees, providing them with a competitive edge in sourcing qualified candidates. The technology can analyze job descriptions, create scoring algorithms and match candidates based on qualifications, making it a valuable asset for staffing in a variety of industries.

As the company heads into the fourth quarter, the focus remains on supporting franchisees, enhancing technology and expanding into untapped markets. In addition to growing its footprint in Canada and key U.S. states such as California, Illinois and New York, among other areas, Patrice & Associates is also laying the groundwork for future growth beyond 2024.
