In a recent byline for Franchise Dictionary Magazine, Dawn Abbamondi, director of brand development and marketing at SMB Franchise Advisors, outlined three ways that entrepreneurs can determine how to find the right franchise brand for them.

In the article, Abbamondi notes that 2022 is expected to be a great year for the franchise industry, providing business owners with the ideal time to go into business for themselves.

The first step she recommends aspiring franchisees take is to identify what they like to do to determine the segment in which they want to operate. From there, they can then determine their budget before deciding on partnering with an emerging or well-known brand.

Abbamondi says that the advantages of working with a franchise model over going it alone are plentiful. "Joining an established brand with unique products or services, a track record of success, and a proven way of operating the business can help you get a running start toward success,” she writes. “The franchise team will be ready to train and coach you on the right steps to take, from launch through establishing the business you always dreamed of owning."
