When the Buffalo Wings & Rings system came together for their recent conference in Clearwater, Florida, the focus was on celebrating accomplishments of the previous year while charting a course for enhanced success in the months and years to come.

Part of the celebration was the annual awards dinner where various members of the Buffalo Wings & Rings herd were recognized for their contributions to the company. The winner of the coveted Franchisee of the Year award was The Perfect Group, owners of both the Greendale and the Greensburg restaurant locations in Indiana. The group was recognized for their passionate and dedicated brand advocacy, collaboration with Buffalo Wings & Rings leadership and drive to continuously improve both their own operations and to offer insight into how to improve across the system.

1851 was able to sit down with Frances Zwick, a member of The Perfect Group, to discuss how they've been able to diversify their portfolio with Buffalo Wings & Rings, how to grow as a multi-unit operator in the system and the franchise group's plans for the future.
