Construction has started on <a href="http://ownabuffalo.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=the-bismarck-tribune-buffalo-wings-rings-franchisee-al-hauck-breaks-ground-on-new-location-5313" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings</a> in north Bismarck, North Dakota. Owner Al Hauck said rain has caused some delays, which could push the restaurant&#8217;s opening date into 2017. &#8220;We&#8217;re hoping for November, December, but it might be after the first of the year,&#8221; he said. The 6,400-square-foot restaurant will serve and seat about 250 people. There also will be a meeting banquet room for 40 people to host events. Hauck opened the Minot Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings in 2009.
