This new location is owned by Carlos Guzman, who also owns the Brownsville, Texas location.The Grand Opening event featured many contests and giveaways for the restaurant’s local community. Guests who were present prior to the store opening on September 25th entered into a drawing to win free wings for a year. 20 winners were selected prior to the store opening at 11:00am.Additionally, a ribbon cutting ceremony, featuring Harlingen City Council members, took place at 10:30am on September 25th to commemorate the store’s opening.
