It's about creating a space where personal passions and purpose can be explored.&nbsp;&nbsp;“When I moved here 10 years ago, I basically pulled myself out of the day-to-day life of the construction company and poured myself into the spa business,” Powell said. “At 45, my kids were growing older, and I wanted to find something I was passionate about.
