Chris Elliott, CEO of FSC Franchise Co., knows the success of a franchise largely depends on finding the right franchisees; that’s why the company is focused on finding the right entrepreneurs to help grow its two concepts, Beef 'O' Brady's and The Brass Tap, in Tennessee.

Beef 'O' Brady's, a family sports bar, thrives in small towns near retail spaces, offering a diverse menu of sports bar favorites and offers a truly family-friendly atmosphere. The Brass Tap is a craft beer bar with 60 brews on tap, cocktail options and a menu filled with casual bar food options.

Franchisees don’t need a restaurant background, but an entrepreneurial spirit and good social skills are required.

“It boils down to a person’s sort of entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to get in there and roll up their sleeves and learn the business and have good people skills,” Elliot told the Memphis Business Journal. “This is a people business and if you don’t have good people skills, it’s probably not a good business to be in.”
