The fast casual industry is building momentum across the U.S. The segment is more popular among American consumers than ever before, allowing more emerging concepts to enter the ever-growing industry. Now Fast Casual is honoring the brands who manage to stand out in such a competitive field. The publication released its annual list of the top &#8220;Movers &amp; Shakers&#8221; in the fast casual segment. Brands were able to nominate themselves and explain why their model and growth potential deserved to make the list. A panel of judges then narrowed down the list to 75 brands and 25 fast casual executives. While the brands are ranked, the leaders aren&#8217;t listed in any particular order.
