Rush Bowls is expanding in Indiana with three initial locations. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand will be opening restaurants in Bloomington and Indianapolis. The locations will be owned and operated by Ethan White, a student at Indiana University.

"I have a passion for health and wellness, and I see Rush Bowls as an opportunity to bring value to my community by introducing a premium health product, served in a vibrant atmosphere, by an energetic team who understand the importance of excellent service," said White.

The 20-year-old entrepreneur is looking forward to providing a dining experience able to accommodate individuals with dietary restrictions. This is a personal manner for White, who says that he has restrictions himself.
