When asked about women aiming to enter the franchise industry, Gagnon offered this advice: “Jump in — all in. That's how you should do franchising and that's how you should do everything. I'm passionate about the things that I believe in. Go all in. Walk up to people, raise a hand and hold out a hand … Just show up everywhere and this community will welcome you with open arms.”
