“When we understand who we are as a person, and where our strengths lie, we can forgive our weaknesses,” said Wilburn. “And all of us have strengths and all of us have weaknesses. So I would like to encourage people to have some self-awareness around where your strengths are, and move towards those. And hire your weaknesses.”
