“I really think that we should hire women in our organization. It’s so important,” said Bacon-DeFrece. “It gives you an opportunity to support women franchisees … I also strongly recommend making sure your advisory council, if you have one, incorporates some of your women owners, and you always include women in your subcommittees. Women just bring unique experiences, and it’s a great idea.”
