Auntie Anne&rsquo;s is donating $1 for every lemonade product it sells nationally on Monday, August 20, according <a href="https://www.auntieannes.com/newsroom/national-lemonade-day-2018?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=auntie-annes-donating-to-cancer-research-on-august-20-for-national-lemonade-day-2707545" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">to a statement</a>. 

The goal is to raise up to $10,000 for the pretzel company&rsquo;s charitable partner, the Alex&rsquo;s Lemonade Stand Foundation. The ALSF focuses on fundraising for childhood cancer research and outreach. The two organizations started partnering in 2011. 

&ldquo;Caring for others has been a core value of Auntie Anne&rsquo;s since &lsquo;Auntie&rsquo; Anne Beiler&rsquo;s first farmers market stand in 1988,&rdquo; Auntie Anne&rsquo;s president Heather Neary said in the statement. &ldquo;Today, we&rsquo;re proud to support Alex&rsquo;s Lemonade Stand Foundation through a variety of initiatives, from our annual in-store fundraising campaign to our &ldquo;For the Love of Pretzels&rdquo; clothing and accessories collection. National Lemonade Day is another great opportunity for us to help ALSF cure childhood cancer, one cup at a time.&rdquo;
