5. Are There Franchisee Success Stories?

“I decided to buy into Aussie Pet Mobile because I really wanted to take control of my financial future. My previous role in construction project management was always dependent on the economy and on someone else finding a job for us to build out. Since I joined Aussie Pet Mobile, I have been able to grow my business from the ground up. I have been in business for 11 years and now have 11 grooming vans.”

Ana Allison, Multi-Unit Franchisee — Puget Sound, Washington

6. What Is the Market Potential for Mobile Pet Grooming?

Following COVID-19, America continues to see an increase in the demand for specialized pet care services like mobile grooming, growth set to continue unabated with the pet industry expected to exceed $200 billion by 2030

Millennials and Gen Z make up the bulk of pet ownership with pet care largely described as recession proof as in office work and out of office travel require specialized pet care services. With many Americans working from home, the mobile pet grooming concept resonates.

Overall, what initially looked like a pandemic bubble set to burst is nevertheless primed for further growth as U.S. consumers prioritize pet ownership.

Competitor Analysis

Aussie Pet Mobile distinguishes itself in the specialized pet services realm by superserving the consumer and prioritizing convenience, bringing the idea of mobile pet grooming and care directly to the customer’s driveway or curb.

While pet care chains like Petco or Petsmart focus on brick and mortar retail, Aussie Pet Mobile sets itself apart in an increasingly crowded sphere by prioritizing convenience without a mess while catering to consumer schedules and locations.
