Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Signs Lease for New Location in Lavon, Texas
Multi-unit operator Ridham Bhatt, who owns five The Brass Tap locations across Texas, will bring the family-friendly sports pub to 782 Austin Lane in Lavon.
LAVON, Texas – Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, the 120-plus-unit family-friendly sports pub franchise, is expanding in North Texas with a newly signed lease in Lavon. The restaurant will be led by multi-unit operator Ridham Bhatt, who owns four The Brass Tap locations in Dallas-Fort Worth and one in the Austin area, and marks his first Beef ‘O’ Brady’s.
The new restaurant will be located at 782 Austin Lane, Lavon, Texas 75166, and is expected to open in mid-2027. The location will feature the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s family sports pub experience, including award-winning wings, fresh Angus burgers and a full bar.
Bhatt built his career in IT before turning to franchising. He first came to FSC Franchise Co. as a regular at The Brass Tap in Allen, Texas, and has since grown into one of the system’s multi-unit operators in Texas. Lavon is one of two new North Texas projects for Bhatt, who also recently signed a lease for The Brass Tap in Anna.
