Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Signs Lease for First Macon, Georgia Location
Multi-unit franchisee Mangesh Patel will open at 4617 Hartley Bridge Road as the first unit of his six-unit Central Georgia development deal.

MACON, Ga. – Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, the 120-plus-unit family-friendly sports pub franchise, is expanding in Central Georgia with a newly signed lease in Macon. The restaurant will be the first of six Beef ‘O’ Brady’s locations franchisee Mangesh Patel plans to open in the region, with a second Macon location planned on Bass Road and additional restaurants planned for Forsyth, Milledgeville, Dublin and Thomson.
The new restaurant will be located at 4617 Hartley Bridge Road, Macon, Georgia 31216, where construction is already underway, and is expected to open in early 2027. The location will feature the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s family sports pub experience, including award-winning wings, fresh Angus burgers and a full bar.
Patel brings more than four decades of hospitality experience to the brand. He began his career in 1979 in Queens, New York, operated restaurants and hotels in North Carolina, and moved to the Atlanta area in 2003, where he went on to develop food and hospitality brands across Georgia. His interest in Beef ‘O’ Brady’s began when his construction company landed a contract to build one of the brand’s restaurants in Valley, Alabama.
“I like the concept of a family-type sports bar, and what they have put together is wonderful,” Patel said.
“Signing the lease for Mangesh’s first Macon restaurant is an exciting step for Beef ‘O’ Brady’s in Central Georgia,” said Chris Elliott, CEO of FSC Franchise Co. “Mangesh brings valuable experience and a uniquely local perspective, and we’re proud to support him as he brings these restaurants to life.”
The Macon lease adds to Beef ‘O’ Brady’s continued expansion across the Southeast, as the brand seeks qualified, community-minded entrepreneurs to drive growth.
Beef ‘O’ Brady’s is part of FSC Franchise Co., a restaurant franchise group that also includes The Brass Tap and Newk’s Eatery.
