They know how important it is to prepare, so the corporate team was busy at work making sure that franchisees in potentially impacted areas had their support and guidance.&nbsp;

&ldquo;Better be safe than sorry,&rdquo; Carol DeCanio, VP of Training for Beef &#39;O&#39; Brady&#39;s, told NRN. &ldquo;Riding out the storm is not the best plan in most cases.&rdquo;

The brand told NRN that about 100 of their nearly 200 locations were in areas that could be impacted. The corporate team provided checklists to franchisees, instructions on bagging and stocking ice, guidance on outreach to vendors, and made sure that employees had management&#39;s contact information in case restaurant phones went down.
