OOLTEWAH, Tenn. – Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, the 120-plus-unit family-friendly sports pub franchise, has built a strong reputation over the span of decades, bringing delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere and true value to the communities it enters. Now, the brand is preparing to bring the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s experience to the East Hamilton area with its upcoming opening on December 14th at 1674 Ooltewah Ringgold Road.

The East Hamilton location will be the fourth Beef ‘O’ Brady’s in Tennessee and will be led by Taylor Cochran, who also owns the brand’s Snow Hill Road location. Cochran knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur after watching his father run his own business. His journey began in Lebanon, Ohio, where he opened and operated an independent coffee shop. Ready for more, he looked into franchising and landed on Beef ‘O’ Brady’s.

“The economics made sense, the entry price was right, but the real deciding factor was the atmosphere,” Cochran said. “We fell in love with the family-friendly sports bar concept. Rather than staying open until 2 a.m. to chase a late-night party crowd, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s intentionally targets active families, sports teams, and local neighborhood gatherings. That focus on family connection and community culture sealed the deal for us.”

Building on the success of his Snow Hill Road restaurant, Cochran is bringing a second location across town.
