&ldquo;He goes above and beyond and helps the community out,&rdquo; Dan Epstein, track and field and cross-country coach at Crystal River Middle School, told the Citrus County Chronicle. &ldquo;My philosophy is to get business back to him.&rdquo;

Dan believes that owning a successful small business is a two-way street.&nbsp;

&ldquo;As business owners, if we set the example and show that it doesn&rsquo;t all have to be about a profit, if you do things right, the profit&rsquo;s going to come,&rdquo; Dan told the Citrus County Chronicle. &ldquo;We are more successful helping people in the community. If we didn&rsquo;t do that, we would not be profitable at all.&rdquo;
