Best in Class Education Center (Best in Class), a top-of-the-line education enrichment center focusing on math and English, is proud to announce its continued expansion in the Lone Star State with the opening of its second center in Katy, Texas led by seasoned Best in Class franchisee Ira Giri.

Located at 26400 Pine Mill Ranch Drive, the location opens its doors for a Grand Opening celebration on April 4 between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Families are invited to take advantage of a waived registration fee, free placement tests ($50 value), and two free tutoring lessons in either math or English Enrichment ($50 value). Families are also encouraged to tour the new facility and meet the tutors while enjoying complimentary snacks and refreshments.

“Ira’s first Best in Class location in the Cinco Ranch area of Katy has done tremendously well, and we’ve seen great feedback from parents noting the academic achievements they’ve seen in their children,” said Hao Lam, Founder and CEO of Best in Class. “Our goal with this location is to continue providing parents in Katy with greater accessibility to first-rate curriculum for their children.”

A computer programmer and avid proponent of childhood education, Giri joined the Best in Class brand in 2013 when she chose to bring a better tutoring alternative to her community. She became familiar with the brand after volunteering in her son’s kindergarten classroom in New Jersey, where she first found herself drawn to elementary instruction. To fulfill her desire to teach professionally, she put her previous career in computers on hold and pursued her early childhood education certification – a decision that has allowed her to follow her passion of education full-time.

“I am humbled by the reaction we have received from parents with our first location, which has become very successful in the advancement of students’ learning and success in school,” Giri said. “My genuine passion for teaching, coupled with Hao’s vision for providing only the best resources for students, will allow me to continue providing for the greater good of young learners in Katy.”

Lam’s vision for Best in Class is to provide the best education possible – and the brand’s expansion in Texas is reflective of its recognizable achievements in the classroom. Tailored curriculum emphasizes cognitive understanding, allowing students to take the information and continue utilizing skills well into the future. This attention to detail has helped Best in Class position itself as the industry’s leading provider of complementary education to elementary, middle and high school students.

“An effective education is one of the most important gifts you can give a child and can impact the course of their lives,” Lam said. “At Best in Class, we want to establish that strong foundation and foster our students’ excitement about learning. Because every student has the ability to learn, we will continue expanding to more cities in the U.S. to ensure that more learners are better equipped for the future.”

Best in Class currently has 30 centers open in California, Maryland, Ohio, Oregon, Washington, Texas, and Nevada. The premier option in supplemental education is currently looking to expand in Texas and California, as well as the tri-state area of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
