The wings are made-to-order from fresh chicken, can be fried or grilled and can be tossed in the customer's choice of 13 sauces, said Melton.
Buffalo Wings & Rings has more than 12 locations across South Texas but is looking to expand within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, said Chief Development Officer, Philip Schram.
"Twenty, 30, 40 locations... would be a big achievement," said Schram.
