Southern Illinoisan: Checkers & Rally's Poised For Major Growth Across Illinois

Checkers & Rally’s is in the midst of a major expansion in Illinois, and is particularly interested in expanding in Southern Illinois. The Southern Illinoisan recently spoke with Checkers & Rally's Director of Franchise Development Bruce Kim about the brand and their plans for the state.

 

Rally’s is looking at bringing at least four locations to the Carbondale area, in part because of the great fit and demographics of the area.

 

“There is a good ethnic mix in the area, also the right demographic and the right median income. For five bucks, you get more food with us than anywhere else,” Kim said.
