The News & Record: Checkers & Rally's is Opening in Greensboro, North Carolina
Local Checkers & Rally's franchisees to open a new location in the Greensboro, North Carolina area.
Checkers & Rally's is coming to the Triad. John Palumbo, director of franchise development for the brand, mentioned the brand has signed for development and another singing is in the works for locations in Greensboro and High Point.
"Within 12 months, I believe we'll have a restaurant," said Palumbo.
Checkers & Rally's is a 30-year-old brand with around 800 double drive-through locations. About 500 of those locations are franchised.
According to Palumbo, Checkers plans to open four to eight locations in the Greensboro and High Point area. Winston-Salem is also being considered.
Nearly 100 franchises have been signed in the last three years.
