And we genuinely care about each person that walks through our doors. Being a part of a company that instills those kind of values&#8212;and seeing how it can make a person&#8217;s day&#8212;makes me proud to come into work.&#8221; Seaman, who owns a Christian Brothers Automotive in Fishers, Indiana alongside his wife, Mandy, has been with the brand since 2013. A born-and-bred Midwesterner, Seaman moved to Dallas, Texas to work for Sealy Mattress as a territory manager. It was there that he visited a Christian Brothers Automotive to get some advice on car troubles. The entire experience left a bigger impact on him than he could have ever anticipated. He loved that the company strongly stood for important values like honesty and integrity. Even more, he loved the sincere relationship the workers had with their vast customer base. That was the first time Seaman visited a Christian Brothers Automotive&#8212;but it certainly wouldn&#8217;t be the last. A few years later, as Seaman and his wife started raising a family, he realized it was time to return back home to his roots in Indiana. As he considered the best way to get his family settled in after a big move from Texas to the Midwest, he revisited his longtime dream of business ownership. He searched for the right opportunity, but never found anything he felt comfortable with&#8212;Seaman was looking for a company he could believe in and feel proud of. I knew this was something I believed in, and I could see myself doing this for the next 20 to 30 years as I continue to raise my family,&#8221; Seaman said. &#8220;As soon as I found they were looking to grow nationally, and that they had open territory in Indiana, I knew what I had to do.&#8221; Nearly two-and-a-half years later, Seaman has nearly doubled his operations, and his store has become an important mainstay within the Fishers community. The same values that drew him to Christian Brothers Automotive have resonated with local residents, too, and he believes that has been a major contributor in setting his company apart in a crowded industry.
