After years of hard work and determination, Lisa is now taking the reigns as owner with her husband, Brian, at the Union, Ky., restaurant.In Koenes&#8217; seven years, she has done it all&#8211;served, managed, cleaned the kitchen, plunged the toilets and helped build a family atmosphere. The restaurant has become more than a place for the community to come and eat; it&#8217;s a family-friendly hangout staffed by workers that treats one another like family. "It really is a family atmosphere. It's as much of a family restaurant as it is a bar.
