Initial Franchise Fee: ComForCare offers two single-unit franchise options. The standard offering requires a $59,000 initial franchise fee, while a reduced fee option of $29,500 may be available at the company’s discretion. Franchisees in the reduced-fee program pay a higher ongoing royalty rate of 6% to 7% of gross sales, compared to 5% under the standard model. 

ComForCare offers several discounts on the initial franchise fee. Qualified veterans and first responders can receive 20% off the initial franchise fee per unit through programs like VetFran, though these discounts do not apply to conversion franchises. In addition, current employees of a ComForCare franchised business are eligible for a $15,000 discount if they choose to become franchise owners.
