Kelton says the brand has room for 10 more locations in Southeast Florida, and will start first with a focus on Miami and Fort Lauderdale.</div><div id="pastingspan1"></div><div id="pastingspan1">Marisa Salas, the owner of Showhomes in Coral Gables, says that one of the reasons why Southeast Florida holds immeasurable potential for Showhomes is because the region has seen a notable influx in new people moving in.</div>
