As was reported recently in the Dallas Business Journal, the Dallas-based better burger franchise brand was acquired by an affiliate of Balmoral Funds LLC and Gala Capital Partners, LLC.

&quot;It felt like bringing in some outside eyes and access to capital would allow us to build current infrastructure to better support our franchisees, and also venture out and look for new franchisees,&quot; Michael Mabry, President &amp; COO of MOOYAH, told the Dallas Business Journal.&nbsp;
