Nation's Restaurant News: Boston Market adds prime rib on 3 nights

The dish will be introduced as part of the brand's newly emphasized identity as a rotisserie kitchen.

Boston Market is has announced that it will be introducing a prime rib option to its menu. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News, this new entree will have a more limited availability than other meals, as it will only be served three nights per week. The announcement comes alongside the brand's debut of a refreshed logo featuring the phrase, Rotisserie Kitchen.

“For more than 30 years, Boston Market has been the industry leader in rotisserie cooking and it's been our mission to evolve and uncover new and interesting ways to use the signature rotisserie style of cooking to introduce new menu items that will excite our guests,” said VP of marketing, Tim Hartmann.

The prime rib rotisserie dish will be available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays after 5 p.m. It will be priced at $15.99.
