Founded in 2013 in Plano, Texas, by husband-and-wife duo Kyle and Maggie Gordon, Dillas has spent over a decade perfecting its menu, operations and culture to create a scalable, community-first franchise system.The concept was inspired by Kyle’s college dream of opening a quesadilla restaurant — a dream that matured through his years of operational leadership at Raising Cane’s, one of the fastest-growing QSR brands in the United States. The first Dillas location opened with a focus on people, product and process, and today the brand operates a mix of company-owned and franchised locations across Texas and Louisiana, with expansion planned throughout the Southeast and Sunbelt.
