Eggs Up Grill franchise partner Heath Greene is up and running with the first of three restaurants he is developing in the Savannah, Ga. market.WSAV-TV sat down recently to speak to Eggs Up Grill CEO Ricky Richardson and Greene about the new location.“I knew it was time for a change after years in the corporate world, but never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d open a restaurant,” said Heath Greene, owner of the new Savannah restaurant. “My family loves eating at Eggs Up Grill, and we started to entertain the idea of opening our own. The more I learned, the more I was attracted to the brand. As we also wanted the opportunity to expand beyond one restaurant, we moved our family to a town that we fell in love with years ago.
