So far this year, Famous Toastery has opened six stores, with another eight expected to open their doors before 2017 comes to a close. The brand has also signed on to open five more corporately owned locations as the breakfast and brunch segments of the restaurant industry continue to grow. This year, Famous Toastery has officially crossed the 20-unit mark, and is on pace to meet its goal of signing 15 deals for a total of 75 restaurants.

In addition to partnering with the right franchisees, Famous Toastery is also constantly enhancing its corporate team to ensure that its local owners are equipped with the tools and resources that they need to succeed. That’s why the brand added David Burgess, the former regional senior manager and culinary coach at California Pizza Kitchen, as its director of operations.
