One brand that got involved in this trend is Quiznos. Since launching the mobile payment option, the app has received over 12,000 orders within the span of a few months. The company has integrated ordering with its loyalty program and given away roughly 47,000 small subs and 51,000 regular subs.
The app was designed with customization in mind and incorporating user feedback. It is able to create targeted promotional offers for franchisees to help individual locations grow based on consumer ordering habits.
