According to a&nbsp;<a href="http://bit.ly/2ndrkND?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fast-casual-slim-chickens-leaving-mark-on-uk-2705363" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color: rgb(17, 85, 204);">recent article in Fast Casual</a>, the brand could eventually open up to 100 locations across the UK. For the time being, the brand is focused on launching around ten locations in the London area.

&quot;This is another landmark moment in our brand&#39;s growth. We&#39;re spreading our wings and bringing our second-to-none chicken to another international market and are excited about continuing our international growth,&quot; said CEO Tom Gordon.

The expansion will come as part of the brand&#39;s partnership with Boparan Restaurant Group of England. Slim Chickens caught the group&#39;s attention with its modern branding and progressive design. The partners hope to turn the brand into a household name within the UK.

Franchising is currently on the rise in the United Kingdom. This may be in part due to changing consumer habits, including the demand for convenient and on-the-go dining options. The brand&#39;s development within the area will allow it to capitalize on this growth.
