These dedicated individuals are ready to represent the very essence of Fitness Premier by sharing their fitness journeys online and motivating others to embark on their paths to greatness.

Jillyan Morris, Franchisee Success Manager with Fitness Premier, describes the program as an effort to move with the times and utilize members who are passionate about the brand. 

“The Brand Ambassador role is crucial,” said Morris. “We definitely want to highlight that first-hand experience from our dedicated members. If we already have those people who love the brand within our facility, why not leverage their voices across different social media platforms and build brand awareness?” 

Program Structure and Responsibilities

Fitness Premier Brand Ambassadors have a wide range of responsibilities including creating engaging content on social media, blogs, videos and photos that highlight the facilities, classes, trainers, success stories and more.

“Whether they want to film their own workout, participate in a team training or focus on the nutrition side — it's really up to them,” said Morris. “We want them to be creative.”

Ambassadors will post at least four times a month on various topics related to Fitness Premier, including Individual Workouts, fitWAVE/Team Training Classes, Personal Training Sessions, Relax + Restore, Current Promotions and Franchise Opportunities. They will also attend quarterly Zoom meetings to stay connected with the team.

Who Can Be a Brand Ambassador?

Unlike other programs that might require specific qualifications, Fitness Premier embraces diversity and community. 

"We don’t have a specific mold that we want to fill — we want a wide range of personalities to be included," Morris said. “Anyone aligned with the core values of Fitness Premier can be a Brand Ambassador, regardless of age, gender or ethnicity. We conduct a small interview to see why they may want to be a Brand Ambassador for Fitness Premier, but we don’t put any type of limitations on it. Whether you’re a bodybuilder or a mom, as long as you love the brand, we’d love to have you as an ambassador. The more the merrier.”

"We’ll have quarterly Zoom meetups, but I’ll also touch base with our ambassadors fairly frequently on a monthly basis,” said Morris. “When we have all our Brand Ambassadors together, it is a great resource for us because we can feed off of each other’s excitement and build camaraderie.”

When it comes to how the program will benefit Fitness Premier franchise owners, Morris says the goal is to increase memberships, foot traffic and retain current members across the board. Although the program's specific goals are still being evaluated, the team is committed to examining it from all angles to ensure success moving forward.
